  1. Mining Work program / crushed stone program a.o. (tailing)
    Location: close to Kimberley South Africa.
    For sale: An old mine with tailing and all underground activities has been stopped. Above ground level there are +/- 1,5 million tons of unprocessed ore which gives 7 to 11 carats per 100 tons and +/- 8 million tons of tailings which gives 3 to 5 carats per 100 tons. This is a property owned mine and all permits and licenses are in place and valid.During the past 12 months they recovered a 69 carat stone (with flaws valued at R1250 000-00), a 48 carat stone( which was sold for R12 000 000-00),a 14 carat stone, a 12 carat stone, a 10 carat stone and numerous 8,7,6,5 and smaller stones.The owner wishes to dispense of or sell 100% or 40.000 shares which have been valued at R375 each or 15m ZAR total excluding additional but related assets and sureties lying with the Department of Minerals and Energy which have been valued at 2.7m ZAR.

    The project entails:

    • Mining Work Programme 
      • Processing the above surface Kimberlite Tailings 6,000,000 Tons, (once processed), and Unprocessed Kimberlite 1,000,000 Tons, (yet to be processed). Therefore the Total Reserve equates to Seven Million Tons, (7,000,000).
    • Olive Oil Production Programme
      • Planting and establishment of a 20 Hectare Olive Grove which will be comprised of 04 Hectares of irrigated Mission Olives and 16 Hectares of irrigated Frantoio Olives with a yearly Olive Oil output production factor of = 51408 Liters.
    • Crushed Stone Production Programme

      • One of the ‘By Products’ from the Mining Work Programme, will be Basalt which the Diamond Mining Operation will screen off at 60mm+ and this ‘Oversize’ material will be crushed using a cone crusher down to a size factor of 13mm or to the most popular sellable size. This crushed stone will then be advertised and sold to any entity that requires it and any interested entity will be required to send out there own trucks to the production facility for collection purposes, the seller will undertake to load all trucks ‘Free Of Charge’ with own mining equipment when required to do so.
